You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notification. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

(1) When you purchase a subscription, you receive regular deliveries of our digital products (PDFs) for the duration of the subscription.
(2) The subscription runs for a minimum of one month and automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

These Terms and Conditions are published in English for our international audience. The contract language is English. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is Bonn, Germany.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Bonn, Germany, if you are a merchant or legal entity under public law.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
